"Need renovation, especially bathroom "

"Everyday room cleaning was good but room needed a grand spring cleaning in general. Staff is very nice and trying to help but only few speak English. Breakfast was really good. Beach is literally across the street. Pool on the roof is nothing to talk about but terrace itself is very nice. Overall a pleasant experience."

"The staff was very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is also centrally located in Copacabana, which makes it convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, the property itself feels old and poorly maintained. There is a noticeable lack of upkeep throughout the hotel, with peeling paint, loose furniture pieces, and even exposed cables coming out of the ceiling in the buffet area. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Most of the food did not taste good, the eggs were cold and overcooked, and I even found hairs in my fruit, which was quite unpleasant."

"I was Cheated .. i paid for the Ocean view room , but was denied and made excuses .. and was asked to cancel my booking when I objected , the reception manager threatened me to call police if I objected more This is the Wost experience of my 20 years of travelling I need my money back or a compensation.. it’s very rude and disrespectful "
