The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the room..had a patio to sit outside our room to see sunset. Location was ok..everything is on hills. Breakfast was nice, not huge selection but fresh, not packaged. Made great capicino. Would definitely again. Thank you!!

Enrico and Maria Dolores were exceptional hosts. Our room had a small patio with a view of the town and ocean, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were of a higher standard than most comparably priced places. Because we were nearer to the top of the hill, our room was also quiet and full of light. What made our stay so exceptional, however, was how attentive Enrico and Maria Dolores were to our preferences. They responded to our requests and thought through to what else we might want or need. We highly recommend Hotel del Sole. The only caveat we would have is that Cinque Terre is challenging for anyone with mobility issues, and Hotel del Sole is higher up on the hill. The trade off is more hill to climb for more quiet, better views, and more light.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel del Sole. Enrico is the definition of hospitality. He was so helpful and welcoming. We weren’t just guests. We were family. 😊The place itself is nice, clean, and you get a delicious breakfast too. The great reviews are accurate. This is a wonderful stay in Riomaggiore. We definitely recommend.

This is a great hotel with perfect access to the Cinque Terre. Riomaggiore is undoubtedly the most charming of the five villages in the Cinque Terre. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The hotel owners were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had all we needed for a day of exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to come back there with family and friends.

A wonderful stay! Will be staying here again if I ever return! The owner is so friendly and was very accommodating to my gluten allergy at breakfast. The property is so clean and tucked away on the hill away from the hustle and bustle. There is AC and a nice out door seating area. Absolutely loved this BnB!!

We had a great stay at Hotel Del Sole. We were able to safely park our car right at the hotel before setting out to explore the area. Enrico was super friendly and provided helpful tips about Riomaggiore and how to get around Cinque Terre. The breakfast was excellent. We will stay here again when we return to Cinque Terre.

We stayed in Cinque Terre and wanted a place that wasn't totally quiet (Corniglia) or super busy (Montarosso), so settled on Riomaggiore and glad we booked this place. The walk up the hill is a bit inconvenient, but the friendly service was amazing. Enrico spent time with us when we checked in, going thru where to hike, helping us get the Cinque Terre card, plus there is daily complimentary breakfast 8a-10a which was awesome - I got my yogurt and oats, prosciutto and cheese sandwich (the bread is fantastic), and croissants and other pastries, not to mention the espressos and teas and juices, and fruits! Highly recommend for the breakfast and kindness. You probably won't get the same kind of help, kindness and attention in other areas or other hotels. It made our stay 10/10.

Great spot that was clean and very close to town. Host was very nice and offered many tips on how to get around the villages. Parking available for small fee which was very convenient. Nice little breakfast spread. Be prepared to climb many steps but that's Italy for you! Would stay again!

Really friendly and helpful owner. Gave u’s a lot of suggestions for good hikes. Room was really fine, two types of air condition. Super nice breakfast.
