โI stayed at this resort (July 2025), and it was wonderful. I requested a top floor and the receptionist was able to accommodate me last minute. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are amazing they are recently updated and had a washer/dryer and provided all the necessary amenities such as detergent, broom, mop, vacuum to keep the room clean. โFamily friendly hotel and the staff is accommodating, especially Kenyatta at the front desk. Kids loved the short walk to the beach and then afterward the pool and lazy river. The pools were crowded but it's peak season so expected. Room was an ocean- front room with such a beautiful view. We were on the 11th floor. Room service was prompt. Dinner downstairs in their restaurant was meh but the waitress was awesome! The only thing I didn't like was having to cross the busy street with my kids to...

โClose to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy .
At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time .
A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful.
Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple.

โThe office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave.
The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...
โWould stay again. Loved the condo. The only downside is the cordless vac was not working and there was no broom. Combined with a beach trip this made the cleanliness go away.โ
