“Really enjoyed staying here, it was nice to be so close to york city centre as it made it easier to plan the day and fit in more activities. Also, it allowed us to enjoy the nightlife without worrying about getting a taxi or a long walk back. The actual property itself was not so small you're struggling for space, but small enough that it didn't feel like we were occupying more realestate than we needed. “Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Stunning views from the rear of the property. Very clean and had every thing we needed for our stay. Pub just a few minutes walk away with good food. Otherwise quite remote but there are shops a short drive away. Perfect location for a countryside retreat.”

“I found the place not so clean. From the dishes and cuttlery to the sheets and towels. Very disappointed. One bed's leg broken. They attended to fix the bed's leg but the dirty linnens on pillows and sheets were not changed. Blood patches and long body hairs on the bedsheet where children were sleeping. ”
