“Rooms were well appointed and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is about as central as you can get and the train station is less than a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast was decent and inclusive. I would recommend this place highly.”
“Totally lovely hotel it was! Bike rental for free! Thanks to that, we could travel around beautiful lake. Very clean, neat and kind. Spa in the hotel was also for free, even 4 bottles of water in the mini bar were for free. Breakfast was also good(i've had over 10 hotel's breakfast during this travel in Italy, here was the best!) I wanted to stay here one more night, sadly rooms were full. If you want to stay near by lake garda, i would recommend this hotel!”

“The hotel was in a pedestrian zone but you are allowed to park outside the hotel to unload and load bags on departure. We paid for parking in an offsite garage which was a little walk away but doable. Staff are very friendly and helpful once you arrive. I had trouble communicating before arriving. Breakfast was wonderful with many options. We would stay again ”
“Wir waren das dritte Mal im Savoy Palace. Erstmals haben wir Halbpension dazu gebucht. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr gut organisiert und das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück und Abendessen bieten hervorragende Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen.
Das Gesamtangebot ist wohl kaum zu überbieten.
