“Staff was nice. I paid for the deluxe cabin BUT went a message 4 hours before arrival to make sure they had air conditioning. Received No response. Got there and the cabin did not have air. Staff gave me another, smaller room with air, so I agreed to stay for one night, but had paid for 2. I was not willing to pay another $75 to stay in the smaller room for another night”

“So upon arrival to Nuestra Casa I was very displeased. The pool was visibly dirty as well as the kitchen area. I spoke with a manager at their sister hotel Casa Oro and they were very accommodating and switched my room. My stay at Ana Lucia was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

“First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...
