"You can easily walk to some local trails and other hotel restaurants. This hotel was a gem! We loved our room, the walls are a little thin but we only shared with one neighbor. Beds were very comfy and had lots of pillows and wall plugs. Staff were pretty friendly, our only “poor” interaction was when we showed up at 8:30 am after a morning hike and were told the breakfast ends at 9 am and made a little fuss over us arriving at 8:30. "The service was awesome, the place has so many beautiful flowers and plants its a very happy place. The room i stayed in was a disappointment, no air circulation (no fan nor AC). "This hotel should not be a hotel. People should not be spending money to stay in this horrible place because you will not be able to sleep. The noise level is horrendous. People walking on the room upstairs all night, and I mean all night. The reception area closed at 7:00 and n one to complain about the noise. The room smells dirty. The bathroom smells like urine. The towels are dirty. The AC makes a horrible noise. There was a DJ who played music until 12:00 am, and no one to complain. "

"Hotels dot com screwed up the reservation, but Jessica at the property did everything she could and made sure I️ have accommodations for my trip. She’s there to help and does a great job at that. The road going to the site is dirt, but that’s expected in CR. The pool at the smaller condos is amazing. Infinity, with fantastic views and the right depth to hang out and enjoy life. Definitely going back there the next time I’m in Uvita!!"
