"The concierge Bogdan was extremely knowledgeable and highly educated and able to help with museum suggestions - some even more esoteric. His recommendations and overall kind and professional demeanor was one of the highlights of my stay. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary as was the service once again. "This was our second year staying here, and it was just as great as the first. Booking the family suite with breakfast included is definitely the way to go—the food is excellent, and my family absolutely loves the store on-site. The entire staff, from the reception team to everyone else, is wonderful. A special shoutout to Kavinda, who went above and beyond during breakfast to help out with the kids' requests. We will definitely be back!"

"Property is very good for a mid priced hotel! Staff is helpful and housekeepers even checked with me to see if I was happy with the cleaning of my room. Only suggestion is that face cloths in the bathroom would be nice. Overall, I was very satisfied!"

"The rooms are basic with IKEA type furniture but they are more than adequate and provide everything you need at a budget price. The staff are brilliant and very helpful. Very accessible to public transport with a metro and railway station within minutes."

"Simple hotel conveniently located close to public transport and touristy places. Not many places for breakfast but there are bakeries and coffee shops everywhere. My room was facing back of the building and it made nights quiet. Hotel advertised breakfast on a website but it is not available on the site. All hotel staff was helpful and friendly."
