The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa
Absolutely beautiful Christmas decorations that lived up to all the hype. The room was nicely appointed and every single staff, from traffic control to the front desk were exceptionally customer service oriented and welcoming. We will be returning next year!

We did have a terrible problem with the motion sensor light and the front desk staff had no idea how to help us -- it came on every time we moved and woke us up all night.
