"There was a leak in our room leaving a continuous puddle on the floor, the sink dripped, and carpet was coming up in spots. The staff was amazing. There were angry guest because of 2 large busses taking up the drop off area, they handled it amazingly. The man working the dining area during breakfast was so incredibly sweet. "The Crossroads Hotel is in a great area. It is a 5 minute walk to the Streetcar. Lots of restaurants around. The room we stayed in was beautiful and very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfy. We got upgraded to an atrium room because our standard room had not been cleaned. Unfortunately, they had a wedding reception in the atrium that was very loud until 11pm. The bar was also very loud. If you plan to stay at the hotel on the weekend, I would suggest reserving a room as far away as you can...
