The entrance of the room was dirty. The welcome was very poor although the hotel wasn’t crowded + my check in was after rush hour time. No one was there to take the luggage! Until I had to ask for one!! NOT A RITZ EXPERIENCE AT ALL!

This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are extremely spacious and staff is attentive.
