My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pafuli Bungalov which is a beautiful wooden bungalow surrounded by tea plantations. We woke up surrounded by greenery and nature - it was just amazing! It is a family run business and the family made us feel so welcome. They served a delicious breakfast which included traditional dishes from the region, and also gave us fresh figs, grapes and tomatoes from their garden. They also helped us to order food from a local restaurant when we arrived late in the evening. Parking is also available and it is very easy to find. Highly recommended!

The Bungalov we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and well designed with an amazing view of tea fields around... The host and his family were very kind and close to heart.. They will provide any requirements and requests to make your stay worth it... They were very generous and offered guidance where to visit in Rize.. They also organized a nice tour to ayder including rafting with really reasonable price for the family which we loved... We stayed in july and the weather was great.. In winter... I believe it would be amazing..... The internet was not working for some roblem in the Bungalov.. However.. It gave us a chance to reconnect away from tech. Many thanx we really enjoyed our stay

Misrepresentation and Poor Customer Service We recently had a family stay at Pafuli Bungalov in Trabzon and our experience was distressing. Despite prior assurance, the hotel did not honor their commitment to provide free breakfast and extra beds for our group. Their false advertising and refusal to correct their mistakes caused considerable inconvenience and disappointment. When we reported these issues to Expedia, the hotel retaliated by treating us poorly and falsely accusing us of damaging their property. Additionally, the lack of adequate air conditioning in the bungalows forced our large group to sleep in the living rooms (there is no AC in the bedrooms). Overall, we found Pafuli Bungalov to be unprofessional, misleading, and unwilling to rectify their mistakes.
