"ocation : around 7 min walk to the nearest station Wakayama. 5 min walk to the convenience store . Room: the room is not very big even though WAKAYAMA is not a big city. In general rooms in Osaka and Tokyo got very small room. Breakfast: free breakfast. The quality and variety is better than I expected even though it is free of charge. Staff: nice staff Highly recommended for budget traveller "

Also provides complimentary soba noodles at 9:30 pm (last for maybe two hours) on 1/F. Excellent service overall and definitely will stay here again in the future."

"It is a very new hotel, new concept of hotel management, so we are old age learning new way of hotel staying ! :) Remember this hotel is 10am checked out , I didn’t notice it … so we ere a bit late to checkout, but the lady in charge is very friendly and helpful, very polite too ! "Budget friendly hotel near the train station. Good location if you need to take the ferry to Tokushima in the morning. Nothing special about the room but the breakfast was enjoyable. "

"Very friendly staff at check in. Walkable from Wakayamashi station. The area is a fun little section of the city with a lot of character. Plenty of hole in the wall eateries and small bars. I found some live music clubs to check out right around the corner. There are a few shopping streets to walk that aren’t focused on tourism. Good local feel if you want to escape the tourist or business vibe. "
