"This hotel needs some serious TLC!. Don't let the nice lobby fool you, the rooms are disgusting. I booked a few rooms for a family event, all rooms had very dirty carpeting. The carpeting was linty, dusty, stained, had crusty bits that needed to be cleaned up. Just gross. My white socks were shockingly dirty from the carpeting, we had to keep our shoes on. My daughter's first room was so gross, they had to get another room.
The staff was very nice, but we could easily tell they were short staffed. We used to love this hotel, but after this stay we aren't going back. I overheard many guests having a variety of issues at the hotel also."
