"Strange smell in room, but clean, really nice and modern. Elevator didnt work very well based on using a room card. We could go jusy on floor with our room. we were there with our parents who were on another floor and we couldn't get to them by elevator. only emergency staircase which was for use only in case of fire. So then how? At the reception we asked about the underground garage if it was available, they said yes, but there was nothing outside, only a covered parking lot. at check out we were asked to pay for the parking again, which was already paid on arrival, we refused and it was ok. I dont understand how the staff cant see what was already paid. Or its just trying to pay again? Very bad strategy for 4* hotel. After all, good located hotel with covered parking, nice rooms."

"The place is indeed far from the city center, but: 1. Very comfortable bed 2. Comfortable pillows. 3 Amazing staff. We stayed as a family, a couple + 2 and the price we paid was about 150 euros. We got 2 rooms. Excellent value for what we got. The disadvantage is the distance from the city center and parking fees."

"Overall, the hotel was wonderful, clean and roomy. We had plenty of space for our two adults and one child in the family lofted room. The staff wasn’t around much, and it felt like we were the only guests there. But when we did interact with the staff, they were very friendly kind of gave an Airbnb type feeling. Some concerns as Americans was the lack of air-conditioning, no fridge in the room and nowhere to get ice. Someone traveling in our party needed to keep medication cold and ice was very expensive to buy from the gas stations daily as the other option was to leave with the staff in their fridge, but the front desk was rarely manned in the mornings and at night. Additionally, because of the heat, our windows were open most evenings and there is a church close and the bell goes off very frequently. Which cause issues with sleeping. The restaurant on site was not open Friday or Saturday nights, which was a little disappointing when you get back from a day of traveling and can’t grab a bite there in the hotel. Even with those minor issues, I would recommend this hotel to other travelers"
