“Location, room, amenities, views, and food were great! If you are looking for great customer service, this is not the place. We had dinner, drinks, and breakfast there. Dinner Service and drinks was better than breakfast. Breakfast was slow and just ok. We felt like a bother. The wait Staff sat around and talked. My husband asked for more coffee and the waitress gave him attitude. It could be because she wasn’t our waitress because ours was too busy sitting at the bar drinking her coffee. We...

“Lo único que no me gustó de la propiedad es que el servicio al cliente de forma presencial es hasta las 8:00 pm. Pero de lo demás un 20/10. Es un lugar para desconectarse y relajarse.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful; however, check-in was not available to us when we arrived at 4 am after a long flight and a two-hour drive. We had to wait until the front desk people showed up at 6 am. The music was too loud, and when parties were happening in the conference room, it kept you awake if you were in the 100's rooms. The weekends are open like a club and the pool is open to outside guests.”

“Beautiful local hotel in the middle of the mountains. We stayed a couple of nights during a family trip and it was great. You will be surrounded by nature and the sounds of Puerto Rico country side. The food at the restaurant was amazing, it is pet friendly and the staff was very attentive. My wife did not like the drive through the curvy mountains roads to reach it, but is worth it.”
