Perfect for visiting Mayo Clinic!!! Front desk staff helpful, shuttle to Mayo easy and friendly, Room perfect, cleaning staff thorough. Loved having a kitchen. I ordered groceries through delivery and staff called my room when they arrived. The only criticism was the free breakfast, I did not care for it. Everything else was perfect, would stay here again! There is construction, but not a problem. I enjoyed watching the progress.

The heated underground parking was wonderful in the cold weather. We used the kitchen in our room for several meals. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is street construction around the building, but unloading and loading are still easy. The shuttle was very convenient, although it doesn't run on Saturday or Sunday.

The suite was beautiful. I had long days traveling and scans with a dr. visit so I appreciated a clean room with excellent accommodations. It was fairly expensive but I thought of the stay as a mini vacation since the next day home for me was packed with commitments. The breakfast was nice, the staff were extremely pleasant. From check-in to check-out the whole experience was great. The room was much more than expected; included apartment sized refrigerator, two cooking burners, dishwasher, and microwave. The breakfast bar has a wide variety of choices: toast, oatmeal, eggs bacon, sausage sandwich, pancakes, waffles, etc. The security measures were something I have never experienced, but they made you feel more than safe.

The room was clean and nice. One bed had a squeak which was a little annoying but truly minor. It was my second stay here in 2 weeks and I'll keep coming back if we are going to Mayo. It's super convenient, great staff, good breakfast and the rooms are really nice. They treat you well here.
