Air conditioner was an after the fact install, very loud and room was to warm to turn off. No hot water, called front desk, no phone in room, front desk said they would check on it, 3 days later still waiting to hear back. Turns out it takes 20 minutes for hot water to show up at the room.

The breakfast was good. My son loved the mini muffins. The staff was very friendly. My son lost his teddy bear and they kept it at the front counter until we got back. Our room was clean and we had no problems getting additional towels and linens when needed.

Parking was easy, room was clean, the bed squeaked loudly every time I moved, it felt like the mattress sloped toward the center of the bed, and breakfast was not very good.
