"We stayed one night after our cruise so we could go to Universal Studios. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the layout of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle from the hotel to and from Universal that was dependable and convenient. It's about an hour from the cruise port though so, if you are using Uber, keep in mind that it won't be cheap. We paid about $120 plus tip. My only complaint was the lack of a restaurant after breakfast hours. The have an open air bar with food in the pool area, but it was so cold and windy the night we we there that it was miserable. I waited to get cheeseburgers to go since there wasn't much else. The burgers tasted kind of like bubba burgers. I would definitely stay there again, but will eat before getting back to the hotel at night. I also noticed they charge $20/day for parking. Uber back to the airport was less than $30 plus tip."

"The room was a bit small but it was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative i have is that they had no shower gel. Only shampoo/conditioner! Oh and the food hall, amazing and affordable!"
