"Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. "Great affordable stay just outside of Rockport/Fulton! Neighborhood is quiet and not quite “secluded” but felt that way. Beware of abundant mosquitoes, especially in the mornings and evenings. But would definitely recommend and stay again!"

Having two bedrooms downstairs (each with an en suit and access to deck), was convenient. House was very clean, both decks were in good condition. Providing ample space to be outside, fishing or not.
