The pull-out sofa slanted downward toward the head, making it uncomfortable, and the TV service was intermittent, frequently going to static or lagging, which made it frustrating to watch. I travel to Banff for work several times a year and have stayed in many accommodations there; this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had"

"Nice to have a soak in the hot tub after a hike at Johnston Canyon. Includes a breakfast, nice selection, the waffles could of be cooked more, we put them in the toaster to brown up. "
