Rocky Mountains, North America hotel rooms at the Vail Resorts

"The place was ok but in need of some basic maintenance. The carpet on the stairs needs to go. Old worn and looked dirty. Time for paint etc. The price point was fair for condition but don’t expect anything to look new. Bed was comfortable ."

"Hotel was nice and clean as well as quiet, hot tub and pool were a big hit with my grandbabies. Breakfast was just perfect for our family. The right selections both for children and adults. We are excited for our next visit to this beautiful hotel."

"It was clear the hotel was under construction but th Expedia add did not specify that my from would be the closest room to the construction. When I checked in I was not informa d my room was in the construction zone either. Once I went to my room and heard all the noise I went back to the front desk and asked what the construction hours were and they said 9-5 which I could deal with. This was a lie as I was woken up at 7:05 from construction noise and could not go back to sleep. I’d just finished 14 days of 13 hour night shifts and a full day of skiing, all I wanted was a sleep in a bit. When I told the front desk about my experience they didn’t really seem to care. Pretty bummed. "

"This is not a super modern luxury hotel but it is one of the most historically significant hotels in the US and the rooms have been tastefully upgraded and a fabulous location. "
