"Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! "Supposed to be able to check in by noon. Arrived at 3:15 and the auto check in wouldn’t work and no staff until 4 pm. Frustrating! Also no hair dryer or kettle. Realise it is a budget hotel but these omissions were not obvious when booking and other lower priced hotels don’t miss out on these items."
