"Great hotel in a great location, but the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. Room was 80 to 85 degree everyday making it nearly impossible to sleep. I ended up purchasing fans to help with the hot room. Staff tried resetting system, but clearly there is a bigger problem."

"The location was good, very closed to the ferry dock but with some steps. The staffs were very nice, they met us at the dock and sent us back to dock when we departed and helped carrrying our heavy luggage. Thank you Nat and Milton, sorry if I spelled names wrong. The included breakfast was good too. The only thing that not that good was the room size, it was the smallest among our all hotels on this trip. We could hardly open our two luggage at the same time. But hey, it’s an old preserved...
