We have two complaints: we had to pay $20 for parking if we didnโt want to park on the street. Also, we were looking forward to spending some time out on the third floor terraceโpool and lounge furniture but the area is closed after 9pm which was the time we arrived back from the event at the music hall so we didnโt get to enjoy the hotel amenities. โI love small boutique hotels like this. Dina is an excellent host and a great cook for a breakfast B & B. Only comment was we visited during the hottest time and there is no a/c in the public space just overhead fans. Can't change that in a historic home though. Interesting decor and everything you could need to be comfortable, thank youโ
