"The is our fourth hotel while travelling in Japan and was by far the smallest. The lobby is very fancy and impressive but the rooms are very basic. Bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable and hard but the room was spotless so I appreciate that. It served its purpose for the few nights we were in Osaka. We tried both restaurants during our stay and both were really great. And it was nice having a 7-11 right in the hotel. The proximity to the train stations and markets and the Dotonbori area was an added plus and one of the reasons I had selected this hotel. The views from the rooftop pool were incredible, but you do have to pay to use the pool and hot tub. You can enjoy the views for free though 😅 Over all a pleasant stay."

"This is the best hotel to stay at if you have a flight our it KIX airport. The train station stops right in front of the hotel; you don’t even have to cross a street. The onsen bath was a big highlight! The breakfast was insanely beautiful. The breakfast was mostly Japanese and Asian food but you have a lot of options. The check in is quite automated but there are some stuff members to help out if you need help. They have a convenient luggage storage area. I would do it again if I am flying out it KIX at an awkward hour."

"The hotel is large and beautiful with good food options. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet which had both western and Japanese cuisine. Rooms were small as expected in a standard room but value for money. Centrally located near transport, shops and restaurants. I would recommend the hotel if visiting Osaka."
