"I would have to admit that this resort is a little worn out, but the room was clean, the staff was friendly, the Blue Conch restaurant on site served excellent food, and every balcony had a view of the beautiful blue ocean. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Exuma!"

"We stayed here over Christmas and New Year's. The hosts are wonderful. Very friendly and very responsive. The condo is modern, very clean and had most everything we needed. The hosts live on site so they are usually around if you need anything. The beach is just steps away and is beautiful and hardly anyone else around. It is a nice long beach for walks and fairly calm water most days if you wanted to get in. The location is great! Literally 10 minutes from the airport and 15 - 25 minutes from most everything else we wanted to do and see. We had a rental car which was very helpful for getting groceries (you typically have to stop several places to get all that you want/need) and to explore this beautiful island. (our car was from Berlie's which I highly recommend also. We look forward to returning to this beautiful island!"

"Overall, the property was conveniently located, quite, and peaceful. The private beach was a plus. Easy access to Georgetown, Little Exuma, grocery stores, and Browns Marina. My biggest suggestion is to move the sign on the street to the entrance of the property. The sign directs you to a horrible, horrible unpaved road that was difficult to drive! Please move the sign! A solid B property. "

"The room was very nice, clean and well stocked. Bed was comfy and we had a lovely porch to sit on and enjoy the weather. The staff was great, always helpful and super friendly. The hotel also runs a shuttle into town so that is very useful. The restaurant is great too. "

He arranged for our rental car to be delivered to his beautiful location we stayed at and made sure we had transportation from airport ready and there to pick us up once we arrived.
