Clean. Close to the train station for travel. Friendly staff. A bit far from Rome's ruins and relics, but we like walking. I'm sure if we took the time to understand the local transit system it would have been easy and convenient. A number of local restaurants. A bit noisy with traffic. In total pleasant.

Aircon and Balcony were great. The location has bus stop right there for you to reach all the main areas. Walls a bit thin and wasn't expecting the reception desk to be within. Also had to leave 7 euros for tax which was needed in cash and would have preferred to pay during booking. Finally it didn't say it had a fridge but pleasantly to my surprise it did :)

Las habitaciones muy limpias al igual que la zona común. Limpieza diaria. El balcón debería tener una separación, ya que es el mismo para ambas habitaciones, no pasa nada que no sea útil, pero puede entrar cualquier persona. Tiene cafetera y hervidor en la habitación, pero el desayuno es muy pobre, se puede considerar un aperitivo. Una parada de tranvía enfrente y una de bus en la calle de al lado lo hacen muy fácil de llegar a cualquier lugar. La cama y almohadas muy, muy cómodas

Too much loud from neighbors and traffic

Very loud with all the traffic outside and very thin walls made it difficult for us to sleep. It was also very disturbing to listen to our neighbors next door loud activities... Do not think we will come back to this place though the rooms very nice, new and clean. Comfortable bed.

Me dieron la habitación exterior, es decir que no dormí las dos primeras noches porque el tranvía pasa toda la noche por ahí y el ruido se me hizo insoportable. Mis amigas de la habitación contigua durmieron como si nada. Luego desocuparon una habitación hacia el lado del patio, y pude dormir las dos ultimas noches sin problema. Lo malo es que no se puede echar papel higiénico por el inodoro porque corres el peligro que se tape, o algo peor, como les pasó a otras amigas. Fue una terrible experiencia que te indispone también. Por el resto está bien por el precio que pagas. Hay justo una parada de tranvía enfrente que te puede llevar a Piazza Venezia. Y abajo también queda una cafetería donde uno puede ir a desayunar. Y

Ottimo per cene a Trastevere

La camera si trova nella zona di Trastevere, a poche fermate di tram dalla zona dei ristoranti. Durante il nostro breve soggiorno abbiamo goduto a pieno di tutta l’area di relax. Molto comoda l’aria condizionata in camera durante le torride estati romane. Camera super accogliente e pulita così come il bagno. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile anche tramite whatsapp. Assolutamente consigliato.

A Clean and Spacious Room

The hotel is conveniently located within 6-7 minutes of walk from the Roma Trastevere station. It is also a minute from a tram stop. The room I had was super sunny and bright with a large window. When I travel, all I want is a clean comfortable space to rest before heading out again, to explore. It was just perfect. And Federica was super nice and prompt with her replies.

Perfect! It is difficult to find better room from Trastevere. Everything was clean, new and comfortable. There were even SKY Sport - channels.

Hyvät sängyt ja siisti hotelli. Kävelymatkan päässä Trasteveren keskustasta. Ratikka 8 menee suoraan oven edestä Rooman keskustaan. Äänet kadulta kuuluivat huoneeseen hyvin. Wifi toimi ihan hyvin. Trasteveren juna-asema myös parin korttelin päässä, sieltä kätevästi mm. lentokentälle. Voisin mennä hotelliin uudestaan.

Todo nuevo pero un poco desatendido. No están alli

No conseguía poner la televisión y la persona que atendía el hotel lo intento pero no dió con ello. Lo demás todo lo que pedí me lo facilitaron . Es un piso completamente reformado y con habitaciones individuales que la verdad están muy bien Cada persona tiene la llave de su habitación y entra y sale cuando quiere. hay una máquina de café de cápsulas y una nevera a disposición de los inquilinos en un espacio común.

Nice rooms close to the tram and center of trastev

Clean and comfortabel room with coffee and tea facilities. There should be chairs on the balcony. And i rather have had that they change the towels every day.

Amazing place with fabulous staff

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was amazing and so was the service. If you need a place to stay in Rome make sure you stay here. The bed was so comfortable and clean and there were even tv channels and movies in English. There is a tram stop right outside the front door and the train station is only a 5 minute walk. Trastevere is a beautiful area. Stay at 247 luxury apartments, you will love it.
