Lovely small guest house in a nice, safe area, with plenty of food places on doorstop, very close to Vatican city and easy to get to other landmark attractions. The room was clean, included mini fridge, modern bathroom and service and help from the owner was personal and friendly...she was always on hand to give lots of advice and recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here.

Guilia was an excellent host. This room was very comfortable and close to many sights. We were there on a mother-daughter trip and it was a safe a quiet neighborhood. Guilia had great recommendations for food and places to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay

A great stay in a slightly residential area of Rome, with great access to the Metro and easy walking to the Vatican. Room was spacious and clean. Giulia was fantastic and very helpful, she made sure we were settled in and provided some great options for things to see and do.

Giulia, the owner is so welcoming and accommodating, her hospitality and kindness was fresh air after a long flight! Most communication and instructions were remote and it’s as if we had seen her the entire time! Our room was clean, quiet, and perfect for our stay! The hotel is on a nice safe quiet street not too far at all from anything you want to see in Rome! Definitely a home away from home and we will be returning next time we stay!

We had an amazing stay. Giulia was friendly and attentive. Her warm hospitality made our trip even more special. Our room was spotless and beautiful, and we could tell that Giulia pays attention to every little detail to ensure us have a comfortable experience. The location is ideal, situated in a great part of the city with easy access to the Vatican Museums and public transport.

Absolutely fantastic location for a guesthouse. Very close to Vatican City, ample restaurants, shops and transport links. Gulia is an absolute sweetheart who made us feel right at home. The treats she left us were very welcome after long days sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and I personally loved the shower. The air conditioning was great. Definitely will be back soon!

The location was ideal, close to everything without being on a busy street. Giulia clearly cares about the well-being of her guests, checking in to see if anything is needed and always friendly, never intrusive. This was a top-notch stay and I hope to stay there again. AC was a plus as was the small in-room fridge. This has the personal feel of being in a private apartment. Loved it!
