Cleaning staff was great. Front desk kept odd hours. And elevator was unique but small. Great area and very walkable and central to all the Rome must sees. As well as next to train station to continue to other Italy destinations.

This hotel is conveniently located in the city of Rome. There are multiple restaurants to choose from as soon as you walk out the door. The famous must-see landmarks are walkable. It is a very safe and lively place to stay.

It was a great location, across from the Opera Theatre, so it was a less busy street. Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and collision were short walks away. Great restaurant just below our hotel, the Matriciana. We had breakfast at Luna cafe, a short walk away. It was great. The room was comfortable but the shower was a bit small but ok.

Good communication with hotel managers. Easy to follow video to access keys as we were a late arrival. Triple room well laid out, clean and comfortable. No charge for the air con which we needed in August. Very quiet. Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Easy access to metro and lots of sightseeing in walkable distance. We felt safe when out late.
