Fantasic Location. Home away from Home

The location was absolutely amazing. It's in a nice area of Rome and is a really short walk to Vatican City - We could see St Peter's Basillica from our apartment window which was on the 3rd floor and there were plenty of good bars, restaurants, gelato shops and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was close to the Metro so it was easy to use as a base to visit the colleseum, Pantheon, Trivolli Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. Mara who let us into the apartment gave us a map and marked out the supermarket for us.The apartment was spacious, full of character and clean with all the amenities such as washing machine, hoover, iron, microwave, etc that you could hope for so it was like a home away from home. There was a slight issue with the TV but a quick text to the manager and this was sorted out with no fuss whatsoever. Despite being self catering it's good that there was someone on hand to provide help when needed. Should I return to Rome I would definitely stay here again.

Direkte Nähe zum Vatikan. Ruhig, durch die Lage zum Innenhof. Ansonsten gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Pizzerien direkt um die Ecke.

Agréable et pratique

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du Vatican, dans un lieu calme. Nous avons eu un petit souci technique qui s'est vite résolu grâce à Mara, sympathique et très à l'écoute, ce que nous avons d'autant plus apprécié que nous ne parlions pas italien, peu anglais, mais heureusement espagnol (du moins mon époux). Des pièces spacieuses et agréables, malgré des marches inattendues et assez perturbantes pour nous au début. Mais nous nous y sommes bien plu et sans doute y retournerons-nous un jour.

Прекрасный отель за разумные деньги. Встречали в нем Новый 2018 год. Отель представляет собой трехкомнатную квартиру, общая кухня, сан узел в каждой комнате. У нас была комната трехместная, Треви. В номере есть отопление, что актуально в зимнее время. Одна большая кровать, третье место на доп. кровати. шкаф, стол, стулья, плазменный телевизор, ванна душ небольшие. В номере бесплатно чай кофе, есть чайник и кофемашина простенькая, молотый натуральный кофе. Что приятно в новый год пришли из Ватикана, а у нас в номере сюрприз, 2 бутылочки шампанского, конфеты и сок, очень приятно, спасибо! Мара, хозяйка, встретила у входа, довела, все показала и объяснила. На кухне можно пользоваться всем, есть холодильник, но нет плиты, только микроволновка. Расположение квартиры в 7 минутах ходьбы до Ватикана. Район тихий и спокойный. без проблем можно вызвать такси из номера, приезжают через 4 минуты)) рядом много кафе и ресторанов, магазинов. Остались очень довольны проживанием!

Nice Place.

Very close to the Vatican, metro station, places to eat. The area feels like a locals area which it was perfect for us. Apartment located on a rustic development, very quiet and peaceful. The second B for the name (B&B) does not mean Breakfast (its not included). I would recommend it, the main reason is the lady that attended to us Mara. She is the best always available and ready to help, she maid our stay very pleasant, helped us with the airport transfers. Apartment very well equipped, small shower but manageable. Would go back.

Basic but easy to access areas around Rome

Basic small apartment sold as suitable for 5 people but very cramped. Well equipped and centrally located. The person who met us Mara was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was located in a café 10 minutes walk away from the apartment but was pleasant and adequate.

Enkel standard og velutstyrt liten leilighet i en sjarmerende bakgård .Café Doria rett i nærheten der vi nøt en kopp caffé latte og croissant og tok pulsen på det italienske livet i Roma. Gangavstand til blant annet det FANTASTISKE Vatikanmuseet .Pålitelig og hyggelig personale som bl.a bestilte taxi til flyplassen for oss.

Für den Preis und die Lage in Ordnung

Zu empfehlen für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Rom in der Nähe des Zentrums zu einem günstigen Preis. Entspricht nicht einem klassischen B&B, sondern eher einer Ferienwohnung. Das Frühstück besteht darin, dass in der Ferienwohnung Toast, Margarine, Yoghurt, Milch, Marmelade und Schinken aus dem Minimarkt um die Ecke zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Unser Tip: Frühstücken gehen. Es gibt genug Gelegenheit dazu direkt in der Nähe. Trotzdem für den Preis und für die Lage ok (zur Vatikanstadt und den Museen 10 min zu Fuss)

Ruhige, günstige Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurde uns gleich bei der Ankunft ein Stadtplan ausgehändigt und Fragen nach dem Zugang zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wurden uns auf dem Stadtplan eingezeichnet. Sie bieten zudem auch einen Pick-Up-Service vom Flughafen an. Die Unterkunft liegt unweit des Vatikans (ca. 300m) auf der Seite zum Eingang in die Museen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind gleich in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft lässt sich mit dem Auto gut anfahren, Parkhäuser gibt es im Umkreis von 5 Gehminuten (sollten aber im Voraus gebucht werden). U-Bahn- und Bus-Stationen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um B&B. Sie besteht aus drei vermietbaren Zimmern, alle mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet. Im Vorraum ist alles für ein Frühstück vorhanden: Kaffeeautomat, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Brot, Kuchen, Croissants, Getränke usw. können von allen Parteien genutzt werden. Zusätzlich befindet sich im Kühlschrank auch ein persönlicher Bereich mit beschrifteten Dosen für jedes Zimmer, welche auch schon Wurstwaren, Joghurt und Obst gefüllt sind. Für das Frühstück gilt Selbstbedienung. Die Zimmer selbst sind zwar nicht geräumig, aber für die Übernachtung ist alles vorhanden: angenehmes Bett, ein kleiner Tisch mit Stühlen, Schrank, Dusche, WC, Fernseher, WLAN. Bei Bedarf kann ein Zustellbett aufgestellt werden. Die Zimmer werden täglich ab 10:00 Uhr gereinigt.

Sejour B&B Alex et Cris

Nous avons séjourné ici 2 jours fin décembre. Malgré notre arrivée tardive pas prévue (2 h du matin) nous avons été bien accueilli(merci personnellement à Cris!). L'appartement est dans une résidence calme et dans un bon quartier. Si vous voyager avec vos véhicules, attention, les places de parking près de l'appartement sont "très chères": déjà pour trouver celles qui sont payantes, c'est une galère; mission impossible pour les places gratuites.. Sinon l'appart est très propre. Dans l'appart il y a 3 chambres avec SDB privées. Le petit dej est à volonté et assez correct: croissants, biscottes, yaourts, jus de fruits. Dommage pour l'isolation car on entend tout (cafetière, chaudière, évier...). Même si l'appart est à 600 m du métro, au bout de la journée de marche dans la ville ça semble un peu loin...Parfait pour visite de Vatican. A recommander!

Great value for money

This place was beautifully positioned so close to the Vaticani and Piazza San Petro and wonderful food markets, shops and the metro. We were very well looked after by the managers of the property and they responded to any needs very quickly. It was also very quiet and security is good with being in an area of apartments with a courtyard which is locked in the evening. The only minor comment we would make is that it could have been cleaner and the management did address this issue. We would absolutely recommend staying in this accommodation and would so again.
