Clean room, charged city tax in cash only, not ADA compliant (eg stairs); breakfast was limit/small and outside the exterior door, and bathroom was small (width).
Good location and easy to get to places.
The property i in a great location, convenient to walk to all landmarks but also has a Metro just outside for those not keen on walking, property is clean but old, spoilt for choice for food & drinks just outside, we thought there was an inclusive breakfast available but there isn't, we asked if we could get a kettle & iron & when we returned from 1st day out kettle, coffee, iron & board were all there, its a great place as a sleeping & changing base.
Excellent service. Gio the best guest in the world.

This property is listed as a bed and breakfast, but no breakfast was served, even though there is a picture of breakfast within pictures shown of the property. This property would be better listed as a Guest Room. However, property was clean and the managers were pleasant and accommodating.
The location is good and the space was clean, with reliable air conditioning and WiFi. I stayed in the one-bedroom unit; however, the bathroom was extremely small—I’m 5’7” and had to use it sideways. Despite being called a bed & breakfast, no breakfast was offered. I appreciated having restaurants and convenience stores just downstairs, and the host was always very responsive.
If you’re seeking luxury accommodations, this may not be the place for you, but if convenience and proximity to main attractions are your priorities, this is a solid choice.

Best thing about this place is its close location to the Vatican Museum literally 8minutes walk. However there is a smell outside of the rooms that’s kind of musty and it’s so dark. Host was good though.
It has a lift and an air conditioner. But they didn’t change the towels nor cleaned the rooms upon request.
It was a fantastic stay. We had the room with the private bathroom which was perfect. We were three adults traveling together. The bathroom toilet area was a little small but it was clean and well maintained.
We loved the property location. Easy access to a lot of restaurants, stores, etc.
We had the privilege of staying for a few days at this hotel and the privilege of meeting Marica she was very attentive, and we were very pleased with her professionalism and how she took care of us. I will highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
The best place ever to stay.
Owner Giordano stayed late after our flight was delayed to open door and show us around.
Immaculate clean place.
Superb breakfast!
Centre of Rome.
Please stay here!
The bed and breakfast was clean and accommodating. Giordano was very responsive to our questions and requests. Went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a good one.
I like that the property is conveniently located near the metro station, and Vatican City is 10 minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around the area. Our host is also accommodating of our needs. And the rooms are clean and well-kept.
Giordano is very nice and helpful for arranging our transport. Location was really good accesible to Ottavio metro and is just few minutesnd St Peters walk to the Vatican, and St Peters Basilica
Giordano was very helpful with information and making check in easy. When there was a problem with the air conditioning he was on top of it right away. He went above and beyond…. Highly recommend.
The most unremarkable place I’ve ever stayed. Close walking distance to Vatican City. Up 5 flights of stairs. Need keys to *leave* building which is surely against fire code. No way to contact staff. Ugly furnishings and a terrible yellow-greenwall colour that hurts your eyes to look at, and almost no natural light through a small obscured courtyard window. Unless you’re paying hostel rates, look elsewhere.
