This location worked perfectly for our travel needs and all places we wanted to visit. Convenient stop for taxis and ubers and there were public transportation opportunities as well. Highly recommend.

The staff is amazing- very friendly and professional. Good location. Clean rooms and good beds. The property needs a lot of maintenance. Elevators were down the whole visit. After first night at our original room on fifth floor using staff elevator, we had to move to first floor because it broke as well. New room had a lot of issues: very loud and noisy air conditioner fan (non-stop) made it horrible to sleep. Very weird rotten egg smell in the bathroom, and the main light didn’t work.

It was close walk to train station, quiet location and reasonable quality no-frills hotel. Not an issue for us as we got caught out by a train strike, so was a last minute booking. Staff were very helpful!

Close to Policlinico metro station. The area is very safe and clean. Make sure to have dinner before you go to the hotel the area doesn’t provide restaurants. The hotel has a decent restaurant for the three meals at day.

Great Experience!

The staff members were amazing! They were all very helpful! We checked in late, and they helped us find a place for dinner. They were very accomodating helping us luggage storage. The staff in the breakfast room were very fast, friendly and helpful. The entire property was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Free brekfast good. Option to eat lunch and dinner also good. Dinner wasnt that great but the pizza was really good and the convience of eating downstairs was nice. Water and snack in lobby was great. Room.was a bit small for 5. Sofa bed was not good it was lumpy and uncomfortable. So the 5th person didnt sleep well.

I liked a lot about this property. Friendly staff, clean, affordable, good room size with amenities. My only area of improvement would be that i found the breakfast limited. I have a chronic health issue which means i have to eat a low sugar, low fat diet. I thought the choices were very heavy on the fat/refined sugar, including the cakes pastries, sausages, bacon, chocolate covered cereals and sugary yogurts. The breakfast option said there would be a variety of toast available but i found that in reality, it was only a basket of bread with no toaster facilities, so i was limited to the only plain cornflakes (which tasted really salty), bread and butter. I dont like to announce my illness to everyone and didn't think i would need to, as I prefer to do my own research and i thought your breakfast would be fine based on your booking description. Had i known how limited the breakfast would be, i wouldn't have paid for it and its a shame, because it could have been better with some very simple extras - some proper toast as advertised being one, perhaps more healthy cereal, natural yogurt, more fruit etc. The food you do have is lovely, my parter loved eating cake for breakfast every morning but there just wasnt enough sugar free alternatives for me, so i was left still feeling hungry and it was a waste for me. I cant fault the staff or food itself and we still loved our stay, but hoping this feedback will improve experiences for people like me in the future

Not worth it

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel in Rome was disappointing overall. While the location is convenient—just a short walk from Termini Station—there were several issues that made the experience uncomfortable. • Wi-Fi was unreliable and inconsistent. It would work intermittently, and often not at all during certain times of the day. • The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around. • On our third night, there was no hot water. When we contacted reception, they said they had reset the system and it would take two hours to restore, but the issue remained unresolved for us. • While the linens and towels were mostly clean, some of the pillowcases had visible stains, which was off-putting. • The TV was very small and took up most of the counter space, leaving little room for personal items. • The shower was uncomfortably tiny, making it difficult to wash properly. • The room felt very outdated, and the entire hotel could really use a renovation. • Beds were extremely firm, with hard mattresses and pillows that made it difficult to sleep comfortably. • Walls were paper thin. We could hear everything from the rooms next door, which made for a very noisy and frustrating stay. • There was complimentary water available in the lobby, but it was rarely refilled and often unavailable. We did raise our concerns with the front desk. The staff was apologetic and kindly covered the cost of our return transport to the airport, which we appreciated.

The room I had needs some work, and to be fair they seem to be doing updating. The TV didn't work, and nor did the safe in the room, although Hassan kindly got the safe working on the first evening. The breakfast is still good and the breakfast team friendly and helpful. Rooms around the back are much quieter than the front although the room doors are thin. I've been staying here for years and overall, it's still good value for money. With the updates they're undertaking it should be back up to standard.

The room is spacious. The bathroom is also big which is unusual in other hotels we have stayed. We also have a corner balcony with the room. The hotel is walkable distance (less than 10 min walk) from a subway station. It is next to a local university and a hospital. Pretty quiet at night. There is also a piano in the lobby.
