Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We walked every day to all tourist sites. Metro 10 minutes away if you don't like walking or can't walk far. Lots of restaurants and shopping in area. Very safe and clean area.

this is a lovely hotel, rooms are small but adequate. breakfast is good, better,some days then others. staff is great. great area with lots to see and do, and easy to get to other areas of Rome.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the metro, restaurants and the staff was pleasant. We did not, but should have asked the staff how to connect the phone in the room. Not a big deal for us. I would recommend it, if budget is a consideration. It’s not one of the high priced hotels downtown but clean.

Its a bit out there, underestimated how far out it was not walkable and bust gets very busy as it passes by Colesseum. Bathroom dated and dark, no extractor and water splashed from shower onto the floor- used hand towels as mats. Basic instant coffee. Breakfast. we did not find it appealing, but cheap @8Euro

When I made the reservation. I saw that the property was family friendly and had a laundry facility. With all the traveling we were doing, having a laundry facility was very important at that moment.
