This is not a hotel. It is an apartment with four rooms that Are rented to others. When i booked i was not told i would share the apartment with strangers and on top of everything the whole building is under construction and full of dust. Fortunately i could cancel and i was not charged since i did not stay in that place.

Some critical comments about this booking. Firstly we arrived and were given a set of keys that didnt work. There was no front desk staff (or front desk) as indicated nor contact info for the host/management requiring 4 phone calls with orbitz over 1.5 hours time to find a number and contact our booking. The daily housekeeping was lacking as we often were without toilet paper or fresh towels until we requested from maintenance as they happened to be present. Outlets were inconsistent whether they worked or not. The elevator would go up to the 5th floor at highest but our booking was to the 6th floor (minor inconvenience). The "single bed" was a fold out chair at best. The room had many broken areas such as a bathroom door that would not close nor lock, as well as loose plastic trim across the floor. To the positives: convenient location, good AC control, and decent shower temp/pressure. Highly didappointed with this booking.

I had the deluxe studio, which was nice and simple. The bed and breakfast is located on the very top floor (6th floor I think), and it had an elevator which I appreciated since Im pregnant-even though it only fit 2 people and was sketchy. For breakfast we were given tickets that we took to a caffe a street over (2min walk). It was very simple: 1 pastry, half a sandwich, coffee and cup of juice -decent enough. Pros: manager contacted me ahead of time through WhatsApp to see when I needed to check in and was able to help with any questions and gave us a map. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen area were clean. The kitchen had a fridge but no microwave, so we just warmed our food using the stove which was fine. The smart tv was also nice to have. Cons: Everyday the staff cleans the rooms around 10:30/11am, and there's no "do not disturb" sign, so they just unlocked and walked in our room twice. Also, under our bed was used as a storage space for sheets, pillows, etc for other rooms, so staff needed to come in while we were there several times.Bathroom door didn't shut so there was limited bathroom privacy, which also made it uncomfortable when staff needed to get supplies for other rooms and one of us was in the bathroom. Another huge downside is that you can hear everything -people walking or talking outside the room, other doors being opened/shut. The place was also under construction so we woke up to loud noises and bangs everyday.

La falta de seriedad e irresponsabilidad ,al dejar a mi madre de 80 años u mis hermanos en la calle. Se les llamo desde Francia para avisar que estábamos atrasados por razones ajenas a ellos y ,resulta que ustedes habían revendido la habitación y tuvimos que reservar de emergencia en otro hotel incurriendo en gastos no contemplados y su poca seriedad para hacer frente y devolver el dinero ,ya que no disfrutamos de la reserva pésimo atención
