Posizione ottimale.
Consigliato

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
The room was on the 6th floor, and the elevator was broken the entire time I was there. Staff were generally unavailable.
Location and rooms are nice but the owner is absolutely horrible. There is NO "front desk" as advertised and you will NOT be able to get a hold of the owner. When we got there, we waited 2 hours before someone showed up to let us in despite continuously calling, texting and emailing Alessandro (the owner) countless times. After the "staff" showed up to let us in and give us the keys, we wasted another 5 hours as one of the keys was broken and another one was missing. Again we tried contacting Alessandro (the owner) countless times without any response to any of our phone calls, voicemail, text messages, or emails. I finally was able to borrower the key that was broken from one of the other guests staying there (note there are 4 separate keys you need to get into your room) and went and made a copy of the broken key myself. Then upon returning I wasn't able to get into the condo complex because we didn't have a key to the door on the main road. Again, NO response at all from the owner. Breakfast is also horrible. I booked and paid for 4 people - the first morning, "breakfast" was comprised of 4 juice boxes, TWO sandwiches and 4 croissants - then following day there was ONE sandwich - how is this breakfast for 4?? We were there for 3 nights - in speaking to 4 other guests during that time, they ALL had the same issue (i.e. missing keys and NO response from the owner). Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.
Overall the location beats the inconveniences of waiting two hours on street for person to show up, give us the keys and let us in. They was also additional charges 2 days after we checked out for taxes and an extra bed charge. It would have been nice to have known about the extra bed cost before we accepted it. Location was close to deli’s, grocery store, Vatican and metro/subway.
Everything sucks! Alessandro did not meet and greet us, never responded to our requests; our cleaning person was a man with tattoos all over, smoked on the rooftop, IMPOSSIBLE. Don’t set foot in this bnb.
Cozy and convenient B&B close to Vatican and Metro
Alessandro and Carlo were both great managers. Very attentive and patient with our requests.
Location is extremely convenient. About 5 min walk from Ottaviano metro station, and a Careforre is a block away. Vatican Museum is 5 mind walk away. Great restaurants and cafes nearby.
The room is spacious and comfortable. Clean bathroom. The common area is cute. It was really cold when we were there so we didn’t get to use the outside lounge area, but it seemed comfortable and quiet.
Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Rome.

Situato in luogo comodo con la metro... Stanze ampie... Poca cura nelle cose... Mancava carta igienica... Pile del telecomando televisione scariche... Colazione e deludente e sciatta
We had a great experience at Candia Green House. Our room was spacious and clean, and the owner was very welcoming and accommodating. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and dining area, although we didn't have time to use either. Also, breakfast is included in your stay at a cafe around the corner- definitely a plus!
Great place to stay in Rome for a few days, possibly longer. We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4 and this suited us well.
Initial check-in was annoyingly slow as the room wasn't ready and we had to wait around 20-30 minutes whilest it was being prepared; particularly frustrating on a hot and humid day after travelling and wanting to freshen up. We'd also received a telephone call earlier in the morning from the hotel to ask us when we'd be arriving and we'd stated 2pm, the check-in time. Certainly not the express check-in as stated.
The room was great for us with a double bed and double sofa bed for the kids, it was a fresh, clean, modern look and air conditioned. The outside noise (general city traffic, etc.) was well blocked out by the double glazing. Quite comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was a bit of a stretch as a description since it consisted of sliced bread to make your own toast with some small jams (the plastic pot kind), coffee using the Nespresso machine (great for coffee lovers), and tea (probably best to bring your own). We were given vouchers for a cafe/restuarant nearby (5 mins walk) to use for breakfast and we found this option better as it was a continental style (croissant, jams, nutella, tea or coffee) and... we didn't have to make it! Also great to take in the city life going by when sitting outside.
Overall this is a great little place to stay.
Best B&B we have seen till now. Manager was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable.
Refrigerator was full of choices for breakfast like eggs, bacon, juice, milk, butter, jam.
Plenty of bakery goods too.
Room was very spacious with comfortable beds. Large bathroom with great shower.
