Great location and property in a quieter neighborhood. Centrally located between two metro stops and the bus stop. 13 minutes walk to the Vatican; 25 minutes via metro to Colosseum. Staff was very friendly; Very clean property. Does have an elevator lift. Great restaurants and cafes only few minutes walk. Could not have asked for more on our first trip to Rome for a 3-day stay leading up to our cruise. Highly recommend!

The staff was nice, the location is good. We felt that the breakfast and the room were a bit misrepresented. Breakfast is a token for a coffee, juice & croissant at a nearby cafe. The cafe has a full breakfast menu but those items are an extra charge. Additionally one morning the waiter listed a plethora of croissant options, including ham. I ordered the ham croissant, the waiter did not tell me it would be an up charge and then proceeded to charge us an additional fee. Our room, which was billed as the presidential suite was a room that had likely been a single large hotel room and had a temporary wall put up in the middle, resulting in two areas that were each so small there was .5 meter clearance around one bed and a .25 meter clearance around the pull out couch. We are ex-pats who have traveled around Italy often and do know what to expect in terms of size & Italian breakfast, this hotel was engaging in a bit of bait & switch in our opinion.

An overprized location in Rome.

The wifi was not operational during my stay. A complaint about it was not picked up. The breakfast was outside the building and was meager. The location was good and the state of the room also good. All in all it was overprized.

When we arrived i did not feel welcome or maybe because the language. The room looks ok ,nice bathroom, every day service ,coffre and bread invluded at a close restaurant. Very close to the vatican. We had to leave some stuff behind because our luggage weigh and the hotel were kind enough to call us and informed us. The only bad thing was that the internet was not working right. I talked to a guy and he apologize but the internet did not worked most of the time.

Kafeen betjener bĆ„de hotellets gjester og vanlige kunder, noe som ofte fĆører til lange kĆøer og ventetid om morgenen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend - ruhig, aber trotzdem ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten an den Hotspots wie Engelsburg, Vatikan, Piazza Navona. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck wird in einem kleinen, aber sehr guten typisch rƶmischen CafĆ© serviert und ist fĆ¼r den Tagesstart vollkommen ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind relativ modern und sehr zweckmƤƟig eingerichtet - in unserem Bad war eine sehr groƟe Dusche (wir kennen auch andere UnterkĆ¼nfte). Die Zimmer wurden tƤglich gereinigt und neue HandtĆ¼cher zur VerfĆ¼gung gestellt. In der Minibar stand jeden Tag eine frische Flasche Wasser. Zur Parksituation: Ja, es stehen nicht direkt ParkplƤtze in unmittelbarer NƤhe zur VerfĆ¼gung. Aber wir hatten an einem Nachmittag innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten einen Parkplatz genau gegenĆ¼ber belegen kƶnnen (sog. blaue Linien, d.h. 1 Euro je Stunde zwischen 08:00 Uhr und 20:00 Uhr). Wir wĆ¼rden bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Rom sicherlich wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.
