The Room was ok, but the bathroom was very small and hard to get to the shower. The hotel need maintenance but is not bad! Very close to the train station Termini; 2 blocks walking. So, if you’re planning going to Florence, Pisa, Venice or any other place this hotel is your best option if you return to Rome late. You have some options of restaurants, small convenience stores and souvenir stores. The staff is very helpful and they speak English, Italian and a little bit of Spanish!

This hotel was in a great location. Some features outdated but very enjoyable. Bags placed in unsecured location before checkin. But had no issues. If packing heavy- great choice. Has working elevator. Would recommend and would stay again.

In main tourist area around station, the single room was smaller than anticipated but big enough. Bed was really comfortable and the shower was great, hot and powerful. Staff always made up the room and replaced towels, however late I left for the day. Front desk staff were helpful too.

A place to sleep. For those who complain about this property; you should know exactly what you are getting for what you paid (1/2 the price of other 4 star hotels) making this an actual 2 starts, but enough to get your sleep after a long day touring Rome. Area kind of sketchy (all of Termini area is) but never felt unsafe, and surprisingly, lots of restaurantes around.

The hotel was clean and staff helpful when asked, the decor is very dated and needs to be modernised. I got a superior room and expected more than a bed and cupboards and small fridge, there was a kettle and tea and coffee (not much) but no milk. It's location was ideal as it was very central making it easy walk to any of the major sites.
