They were excellent hosts and the staff were excellent helping me out lots to find locations and things to do in Rome. Room was very clean and tidy. The two ladies who worked there were very helpful. It was in a safe area location and close to everything like the Spanish steps and Trevi Foundation. Breakfasts I paid for were excellent - I always had lunch from BreaKfast! I go back there again and one of the best places I stayed for your money’s value.

Lydia was fantastic and such a help. The breakfast was off site but nearby and worth the 7 euro price. Everything was walkable or easy to catch a bus or metro. The lift was a blessing. Highly recommend this hotel!!

GREAT LOCATION

Great location and the room was in a very good condition even though it is in an old building. Spanish steps and Trevi fountain were minutes away walking and plenty of nice cafes and restaurant also minutes away walking

This hotel was perfect, close to the train station, and really is in the heart of Rome. Things like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps were 3 minutes away. As a first time traveler the staff were so helpful in helping with directions, suggesting modes of transports, and even called a taxi for us, when we had no idea what to do. Great experience would stay there again!

We were in walking distance of the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain we got Uber’s anywhere we wanted to go. The people were so nice. They ended up letting us keep our luggage there until we checked out later in the day and they have a sweet little café area upstairs that they let us use the restroom and have coffees and wait for our ride. They also provided transportation from the airport, which was very reasonable. We will stay with him again before we leave Italy.

The property and staff were lovely, but the room I stayed in seemed to have mold on the ceiling that led me to develop some mold related respiratory systems that lasted for the duration on my stay. Otherwise the location was great and I felt safe and clean staying at chic and town luxury rooms
