I loved the time I spent in this hotel. I had an amazing experience. They cleaned my room everyday and always refilled my refrigerator with beverages (booked the premium room package). Because you’re in Europe, you don’t get many American television channels. There were only 2 channels that played the same shows over and over. We should at least be given a smart television to access our own shows. The bed is extremely firm, not really comfortable. Some of the staff were more helpful than others.

Room facilities were ok, had a few challenges with the room which was disappointing for us taking into account we booked the a Crowne Plaza hotel and was first visit to Rome especially for kids. Food was ok, not a lot of options available, had Half board but was forced to pay for water for dinner, which was very strange. Breakfast buffet options were ok. Staff were a mix, some extremely helpful while others weren't. Overall not the best experience,

Arrived early, and reception got us into the room as soon as they could. Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Great location outside the city, particularly if you are driving. They have a regular minibus to/from Rome for EUR5 per person. The breakfast was vast with so much choice. Would definitely stay again.
