Clean lovely room with character. Air conditioning. Hot water didn’t work, had to wait 1hr for hot water to arrive. No fridge to store cold water or medication. Had to wait a very long time at the nearby patisserie until the owner was able to accompany us to the property. It was a nice place in a convenient spot, but a shame other things failed.

Great location!

A very pricy hotel with an excellent location close to everything really. We walked with our dog down to Forum Romanum and in the beautiful Villa Borghese. We were so pleased!

Pros: Good location near train station, affordable, Good security. Cons: No reception, so check-in was a bit of a hassle for us as you have to call. Lots of Keys, we had to carry around like 5 to get in. Space was a bit musty smelling, and the place could use some better cleaning (floors, shower, etc.) Overall okay for our purposes.

It was okay. Clean bed. Wouldn’t stay again.

It was “fine”. Secure room/building and clean bed. But I wouldn’t stay again. We were there for 4 nights. I’d stay maybe 1 if in a pinch. Definitely needs upgrades. + clean bed + very secure building requiring multiple keys + 5-7 min walk to train/bus station - extremely hot even with their “air conditioner” in the room. Barely worked. - we were put in the basement room which felt quite literally like a dungeon - pretty small shower (we are small people so couldn’t imagine anyone bigger in there) - mattress was awful. Not much support at all. Sagging and never “bounced back” - pillows not great either. Very flat.

I don’t recommend this place

The host who came to give us the key was very nice , but in the app it says the check in it’s from 12 but the host said it’s from 2pm . He gave us 4 keys : 2 for the building and 2 for the flat so if you’re planning to get drunk it will be quite difficult to ger in 😂. The room needs to be repainted because it has all kind of stains on the walls , the bathroom has mould, the towels were clean at least and the bed was clean that was it . A cleaner was coming every day to clean the room but for this cleaner cleaning meant just fixing the bed which I didn’t care about and rearranging the towels back on the rails when we put them on the floor because we used them so be careful with that , the towels weren’t changed when we put them on the floor . The room wasn’t mopped while we stayed. So overall not a good service. I don’t recommend. But if you still don’t mind that the only thing good about it it’s that it is central so it’s just walking distance to everything which was quite nice .

We were greeted by Veronica who was very pleasant and friendly. Our room was located in the basement/lower level which was not indicated when booking, had we known, we would not have booked. At first glance the room is cute and quaint but as we settled in, we noticed there were several problems. The room was dark, there is 1 window but as in most basements, it was small and hard to reach. It was very humid and stuffy all the time and the window does not open very wide. At night it was very hot, there is an air conditioner but it made too much noise to sleep with it on and leaving the window open was just as loud as it was at street level and you could hear cars and people walking and talking at all hours. The cushions and comforter on the bed were all stained, it was pretty gross. The bathroom has mold all over the wall by the toilet which was painted over. The toilet tank was also always wet on the outside and dripping all over the floor. The sink tap had a constant stream of water and does not shut off no matter how hard you try. There were no bath mats so we had to use the hand towels provided. We were provided 2 bath towels which were never replenished, we were there for 4 days and had to use the same towels which never dried fully because of the dampness of the room. If you book here make sure it is not the basement. It was definitely not a good experience.

They do not allow late check in. Our flight was delayed and they refused us our room. Took our deposit and then tried to charge extra. Stay away from any property owned by this corrupt corporation.

Le DD luxury house est situé à quelques pas de la gare Termini sans être dans un quartier mal famé au contraire le quartier est plutôt sympa. En revanche l’insonorisation entre les chambres n’était pas terrible et la propreté à revoir.
