Damiani and Sister Guest House is an excellent location place and good value for the price. Close to excellent restaurants and stores. Very safe neighborhood. Eleonore has great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Will book there again when traveling to Rome!

A great little spot to launch into Rome. Very clean, and check in was easy peasy. Walkable to many restaurants and would recommend this to a single person or a couple traveling. I found the bed very comfortable as well, and the breakfast was a nice to have for sure.

The owner was lovely. I liked the location but preferred being closer to sites on a return visit. There are about 25 steps up the front door which can be challenging with luggage. The rooms are in an apartment building. The walks are thin. We were able to hear the child in the next room. Breakfast is just packaged processed foods. The balcony was nice.

The sole manager of this small B&B Eleonora is quite helpful and accommodating. The rooms were small but clean. The price was good for the location with good access to trains and buses.

This is an amazing value! Owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and breakfast is free. The place is very close to both the regional rail and metro, as well as many buses, which can take you where you want to go. Overall amazing value for money!

This place was perfect for our vacation to Italy! Room was clean, comfortable and the bed was excellent. From day one our host made us feel welcome and explained everything very well. Breakfast was great and we found some amazing restaurants within walking distance. Close to metro and train. We would stay again for sure. The only negative I could find was the size of the shower (being a tall guy, this was a challenge), but by no means did this take away from our vacation. There is a reason this place is so highly rated. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Everything about this property is perfect when it comes to cleanliness, privacy, service and more. The only negative things are that the area that this property is located at is a bit dirty with trash and smell of trash. Also, it is exhausting sometimes to walk to the main tourist spots because of this property’s location. Nonetheless, I had an excellent stay here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my wife at Damiani and Sister Guest House, and I can confidently say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived in Rome, Leonora welcomed us with a warm smile and exceptional hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the helpful guidance on transportation options from Roma Termini to the hotel and to FCO Airport. The little touches, like complimentary drinks in the room’s small refrigerator, made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the Metro station and close to Rome's main attractions and local dining spots. Breakfast was exactly what we needed to start our day. Overall, our experience at Damiani and Sister Guest House was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect place near the main sights in Rome. I can’t wait to return!

Perfect Family stay - Clean rooms & friendly hosts

It was an amazing stay with super comfortable beds and beddings, super clean room and perfect bathroom. The room was spacious for a family of 4 and the daily breakfast treats were loved by the kids. There was the flexibility of eating your lunch or dinner in the kitchen area too which was a very nice addition. The host Eleonora was super polite and helpful in guiding us throughout our trip. I will strongly recommend to get their shuttle service for pick-up/drop to airport since it was reasonably priced and super convenient. The consistent cleaning of the room throughout our stay won our hearts and I could not have found any other better place than this. I would also like to mention all the help we got from Eleonora and her husband when we faced a personal exigency. They stood with us like true friends and it speaks of what amazing human beings are these 2 lovely people. Blessed to have stayed here :-) Highly recommended !!!

We had contact with Eleonora prior to arrival. As we were arriving later at night we were asked to message as we left the airport so that we could be greeted at the property. The area around the property looks “run down” but the property is on the second floor of an apartment building which has lift access once you have gone up the stairs from the street. The property has 4 rooms and our room was brightly coloured and we were shown where things were and how things worked. There is a mini fridge with complimentary water and juice and coffee pods in the room. The dining area is well equipped and you can use the crockery for lunch and dinner. Fresh pastries are delivered each morning and there is yogurt, cereal, toast, pancakes, waffles, cheese and ham. There is a table on a balcony too for Alfresco breakfast. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a kebab/pizza shop Nextdoor. Tuscolana train station is a 5 minute walk. The Trevi Fountain is 3 miles away but there is so much to see if you walk. We walked 18 miles in one day but covered most of the sites including the Trevi fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps and the Vatican. We only had one whole day to explore but this lovely B&B was a home from home.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is exactly as described and the hosts are friendly and attentive. The breakfast has all you need. The location was a bit quiet and a bit of a walk from Rome city centre but that didn’t bother us too much. We were also there around a public holiday so this would have affected the shops surrounding. If you’re looking for an affordable base to explore Rome, then this is perfect.
