The room was clean and spacious for two people. The check-in process was easy with the instructions provided. The location is within walking distance of the Vatican(less than 10 minutes). There are very good places very close for dinner

A no nonsense hotel great situated

Super nice, very simple no nonsense hotel. It is what is is, no real hotel lobby, no restaurant - breakfast in a nearby restaurant which was ok. Quiet, although it is situated right next to the Vatican.

Location is amazing litteraly 5 min away to Vatican City and 10 min walk to a metro that take you every where your need . Staff was amazingly nice ( on small thing ensure to clean the shower soap holder … ) other than that I highly recommend that place

Conventiently located rooms, if you want to be close to the vatican. The staff (present in the morning) is really nice and helpful. If you need anything, you can contact them via WhatsApp as well. For breakfast you get vouchers which you can redeem in a bar in the next house. They are flexible in adjusting the food (for example tomato instead of ham for the sandwich). The room contains a small fridge (sufficient for a few bottles) and there is a common room with a coffee machine, water boiler and a grill/microwave oven.

Great location, friendly host....will use again

We stayed here for 3 nights and were really pleased with our experience. The hotel is conveniently located near to the Vatican City and within a 5 minute walk to the nearest Ottaviano Metro with local bus stops literally on the door step. The nearest Metro was about a 20 minute journey to the main Termini station where we were then able to get a train to and from the airport which took about an hour. The café for breakfast was lovely and located literally a minutes walk away, we were given vouchers to use where there were 3 menu choices available however we were able to swap these for other items available with ease. Tommy was a pleasure to meet and was kind, helpful and responsive to any questions that we had. The hotel room was simple but had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay, with tea and coffee making facilities, a safe and air conditioning. We would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a simple stay in a great location with a friendly host.

The area was very pleasant and conveniently located. However, the main entrance gate presented a significant inconvenience, as the key never functioned properly. We had to contact the superintendent at all hours to have the gate opened remotely, which was quite frustrating. Aside from that issue, it is a comfortable place for a short stay.

Whilst a remote checkin the service was first class and attentive despite our late arrival. Very clean and tidy room with shared coffee/eating space. The shower was a bit awkward as the shower seemed to be fitted on the wrong wall.
