Really pleased with our stay at this hotel, with the little additional touches in the room, like the wine glasses and bottle opener. The room was cleaned and tidied really nicely and the breakfast was very good compared with other hotels that we have stayed at during this holiday. Would recommend this hotel especially if you plan to visit the Vatican and Castel de Angelo they are approx 5min walk from hotel.

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They made sure to give us a room that was easy to get to with our luggage. There is a flight of stairs to get to the check and more stairs to some of the rooms in but if you tell them ahead of time they can accommodate you with a room on the check in floor. This is a boutique guesthouse type hotel in a residential building in the desirable Prati neighborhood. The staff made us comfortable with food and drink after breakfast had already closed while they readied our room for early check in. They outlined all the attractions we might be interested in on a map with suggestions on getting to them. The room was well cleaned and comfortable with air conditioning which is not a given in Italy. Breakfast was traditional Italian pastries with some protein. The cappuccino and espresso were made fresh to order. If you are looking for a non hotel feel without giving up comfort in the Vatican area with more of the Italian experience we highly recommend Domus Terezino.

I had a nice experience at Domus Terenzio overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The room was modern and a good size by European standards. Breakfast was also good. The location was very convenient. Getting to the guest house by SIT bus Shuttle from FCO Airport was straightforward, and it was well located for visiting Rome’s main tourist attractions. The nearest Metro station was about a 10-minute walk away, and there were plenty of cafés and restaurants within a similar walking distance. However, there were a few maintenance issues with the bathroom in my room. The tap and shower holder were loose, the toilet seat hinge was broken, and there was a constant water-refilling noise coming from the toilet. It seemed there may have been a leak, causing the cistern to refill every few minutes, which was quite noticeable. The other main downside was the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, it was almost unusable during my stay, as the connection kept dropping and the speed was very slow. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found the guest house clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, with particularly friendly staff. Addressing the bathroom maintenance issues and improving the Wi-Fi would make the experience considerably better.

It was easily acxessible by public transport and also and also very acxessible to and from the airport. The staff on site were very approqchable and kind. Breakfast offered the expected options for continental breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom comfortable and spacious. C Kettle, tea and coffee was available in the room if needed, and my room had a little balcony. My stay was too short to enjoy the full experience, but it was a nice base for my visit to the Vatican and late return.

Perfectly situated close to the Vatican and St Paul's, this hotel was a great find. The staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are simple, but have a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, tea and coffee and a mini bar. Breakfast was the best we had in Italy. A delicious buffet prepared by the wonderful Monika. Easy walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in the area. It was a little tricky to find as it is within a larger building. Look for the name on the bell plates on the the left of the door. Would not hesitate to recommend!

The room was large, very spacious. It had a mini bar, cooker, sink and safe which was handy. The hotel is also walkable distance from the landmarks in Rome and there is many restaurants to choose from for lunch/dinner. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Only things I can fault is the temperature in the room which you can heat up but I felt it wasn’t 25 degrees for example if I turned it to that temperature. I’d rate it 4.8 out of 5.

La chambre et la salle de bain était vraiment coquette. Et le déjeuner, surprenant par tant de choix et d’abondance L’extérieur de l’établissement et l’entrée et réception ne sont pas du tout représentatifs de la chambre et du déjeuner. Fantastic location

This is a perfect place to stay, only 5 mins walk from the Vatican. This small hotel provides the perfect base for a city break at a good price. We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night - our room faced the street but no noise heard from TEDS next door as previous reviews mention. (We shut the shutters as well as the windows.) Rooms were a decent size and an adequate buffet breakfast was provided which could be eaten in the enclosed patio garden. I would definitely stay here again.
