Dreaming Navona rooms are great if you are on a budget. The rooms are a bit dated and ours only had small windows up high so no view however it was very clean and very comfortable and great location. Easily walk to attractions, restaurants and bus. Very quiet with a comfortable bed.

Perfect family stay

A perfect stay in the Navona area. We were two adults and two teenagers in a family room. Perfect location for exploring Rome. Comfortable beds and good linens. Helpful, communicative staff. Good size bathroom with strong shower. The main room had AC, but we didn’t use it because it was cool enough outside. Would definitely stay again.

A little bit confused about set up of this property. Looks to be individual rooms within an apartment. As a solo female traveler I felt quite nervous though the space was very comfortable and clean. A dead bolt in my room instead of just the key would have made me feel safer.

I had one large suitcase, a carry-on and my backpack. Nowhere in the ad does it state that there is no elevator to get to the room. Horrible!!! Place was impecable, Ann was nice, however I was told I would need to check in myself and when I got there after carrying all that luggage on my own upstairs, Ann and her son happened to be on site. I checked out very early in the morning, left my tax money plus a tip of 8 Euros and sent a message to Ann letting her know where I placed the money, and the keys; haven't heard from her since. The ad shows as if this was a boutique hotel, but it is not!!! It is three rooms on a wing of the property on the second floor. Very deceiving and false advertisement. I like the location, close to restaurants and walking distance to attractions. Room super clean. However, very inconvenient for me as I had to carry all that luggage upstairs and then down again when I left.

Basic but functional and perfect location

Our experience of Dreaming Navona Rooms was a positive one on most accounts. The location is perfect - no more than a 20min walk to almost all attractions and 30mins to the furthest away. It is an area full of restaurants and bars but we heard no noise at all in the night. The accomodation itself was easy to access thanks to check in instructions sent on the day, but also Ann was there to meet us and show us the room. She gave us breakfast vouchers for a cafe 2mins walk away which was much appreciated. Just FYI for everyone complaining that it was just a coffee, juice and croissant - that is the case literally everywhere in Rome! If you want an English breakfast you need to stay somewhere where you can cook it yourself. The facilities in the room are basic but everything you might need was there including a fridge, kettle, hair dryer and (most importantly) aircon. The shower was extremely strong but difficult to regulate and the cubicle is the smallest shower cubicle I have ever been in! I was hitting my elbows on the sides every time I washed my hair. Also, we were expecting to pay 3.50Euro per person per night for city tax but we were informed the day before that it had increased to 6Euro. We paid it without complaint as it is to do with the government rather than the hotel. However afterwards an Italian friend told me it is only 6euros for 4 star hotels, and Dreaming Navona is listed as a 2 star. So we are a bit confused about this but I don't want to blame the hotel.

Amazing

Very nice rooms, clean, spacious and very close to everything. Located in piazza navona. The owners very friendly and they gave us free breakfast from a nearby Cafe.

Great value for money. Clean room, really good location and room was bigger than I expected with proper A/C which was a lifesaver. Ann was easy to communicate with over text and I had everything I needed. There is no regular service like a hotel but I expected that much with the price. Overall I would definitely recommend, I had no problems and I would stay there again.

Si salva solo la posizione

Posizione eccezionale ma esperienza assolutamente negativa. All'arrivo i sacchi della biancheria sporca (lasciati lì fino a sera tardi) ingombravano la porta rendendo difficile l'ingresso in struttura. In due giorni di soggiorno mai visto nessuno al bancone di ingresso. La stanza è quella di un appartamento arrangiata per essere affittata. Letto con spalliera di metallo non fissata che continuava a muoversi. Un frigorifero messo per terra che ogni tanto produceva un rumore assurdo. Phon che smette di funzionare dopo 2 minuti di utilizzo. Isolamento acustico assolutamente inesistente (di sera si sentivano parlare le persone nella stanza a fianco), mentre a partire dalle 6 del mattino si continuavano a sentire i rumori di porte aperte e chiuse in continuazione. Televisione senza neanche i canali sintonizzati. Ma la cosa più grave è che con 170 euro a notte non sono neanche venuti a rifare il letto o cambiare gli asciugamani tra una notte e l'altra. Assolutamente sconsigliata.

A sabiendas de que queríamos reservar en el mismo alojamiento, por una equivocación al indicar el día de la reserva, no quisieron formalizar el cambio de fecha, estando la fecha real disponible y por supuesto sin devolver el dinero tampoco. Un trato muy lamentable. Hay que tener la cara muy dura!
