Perfectly situated for exploring Rome - just 9 minutes walk from Termini Station and within walking distance to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Our room was updated and stylish and were were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms are clean and the building is secure. Ricardo is very attentive and accommodating. His response time is rapid and timely. He has a great knowledge of the area for restaurants and other services you may need, like laundry. Overall a really nice place to stay without all the hustle and bustle of a big hotel. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Rome.

Firstly the room was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay, it was perfectly situated and easy to walk to from the train station, and was close to many great restaurants etc. Many of the sights of Rome where easily walkable from the apartment. Riccardo our host was most helpful from the monent of booking until we checked out. Check-in was a breeze as was our check out. I highly recommend the apartments.

I recently stayed at Firenze Boutique Rooms in Rome and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major sights, yet the rooms are incredibly quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. Absolute „hidden“ gem in a very central location. Main sights are all walkable. The room was beautiful and extremly clean. We also liked the fact that you just receive a pin code and dont have to worry about keys and stuff.
