All they did was change the sheets. Trash from the previous guests left over. Hair in the floor, they did not use the vacuum. Half the towels they gave me looked dirty. Location was great and nothing else. Cheap for a reason.

A great room for budget-friendly travelers in Rome. Close to the train station and metro which was quite convenient. The area also felt quite safe. Some issues like a broken elevator and no wifi for our entire stay which was quite inconvenient. Other than that, a good place to sleep.

Stay was excellent, one down fall was elevator not working and our room was on the 4th floor. Otherwise all was good. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

I would NOT recommend staying here. The room was very unpleasant: the bed wasn’t clean, the shelf above the bed was broken, the shower was missing a shower door, and there were no lamps or mini fridge in the room. We decided to leave the room to stay somewhere else and the property has not responded to my questions about a refund for the nights that we didn’t stay in the room even though I reached out to them immediately.

Gostamos bastante da acomodação, há bares, restaurantes e um metrô bem próximo, o único fato desagradável é que o elevador não funciona sem uma chave específica, tivemos que subir de escada até o 4 andar.

The room was dirty, the bedding was dusty, the restroom sink and bathroom disgusting. The AC was broken, the elevator was broken. The facility is not nice, the rooms are very small. Was not happy with my experience, did not end up staying here, had to book another room elsewhere. Save your money and book a different facility

When we arrived we found the room was full of dust ( above the closet , the dresser and even the blankets were dusty). The elevator was out of the service all the time. The WiFi doesn’t work. The only thing that was working was the AC. It’s near to the Roma Termini and 30 min walk to the center of Rome. There’s no reception so you have to WhatsApp the person in charge of this place. We had to request to clean the room after our second day and they even said the cleaned the room when they did not touch one towel or blanket , our garbage cans were filled and they said they cleaned the room. Terrible place to stay. Dusty and the Internet sucks.

Un seul atout l emplacement près de la gare confort médiocre 4 eme étage sans ascenseur alors qu il est existant et semblait fonctionner pour les propriétaires très bruyant fêtes nocturnes dans l établissement et rues avec de nombreux bars les wc sont encastrés entre le lavabo et le bidet pas plus de 15 cm la propreté est a revoir il se limitait à la réfection du lit le frigidaire était nauséabond les joints de la douche sont sales peut être prévoir une rénovation le chauffage ne pouvait pas être stoppé absence de régulateur il faisait chaud utilisation de la climatisation qui était bruyante bref pas du tout de qualité plutôt une note de 4 que 10

Buenas noches Tengo un comentario acerca de mi estancia en este lugar. Con respecto a la habitación esta bien , y la comunicación con el anfitrion para llegar al lugar fue acertada . Estuve en este lugar del 13 de Julio en la noche con salida en la mañana del 16 de Julio. El 17 de julio de 2026 recibi despues de 24 horas de haber entregado la habitación un whatssap por parte del anfitrión . En este se me acusa de un daño en la ducha que debía cancelar . Yo le manifeste que en ningún momento tuve ningun inconveniente con el lugar y los cuidados de esta. Me envio un video donde se observa como un desprendimeinto de la ducha que esta incertada en la pared. Quiero manifestar que soy una persona muy cuidadosa en los lugares donde he estado y en este caso estuve con mi familia y nunca llegamos hacer mal uso de la habitación . El anfitrión me siguio escribiendo diciendo que me iba a denunciar e intimidandome si no pagaba 100 euros diciendome que el tenía mis datos e información mia. Yo le manifeste que NO lo haría porque no fuimos responsables de esto . El manifiesta que tiene video de el daño pero esto reitero no fuimos nosotros los responsables. A partir de lo anterior manifiesto mi inconformismo por la forma como el anfitrión manejo la situación y lo que me escribio. Por esto dejo mi insatisfacción con Expedia ante esta situación.
