Very nice hotel just outside the main tourist strip. Very clean, spacious and modern. The staff went out of their way in terms of helpfulness. I’d highly recommend this hotel vs the ones around the Spanish steps.

We booked 2 Superior rooms for our family but when we checked in, one room was much smaller than the other. I complained to reception and they quickly changed me to a far better room. For the price we paid, that should be automatic for both rooms. Overall, the hotel reception staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great and the location fantastic. The rooms we (eventually) got were spacious and clean, with nice bathrooms. If you can splurge, I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice place, people very friendly. Only negatives we the breakfast was bland and the same thing every day. The other thing was there were no space to empty your luggage. There were no cabinets to use so we lived out of a suitcase. The balcony was amazing!
