It was newly renovated but shower head was an issue. Glad only staying one night because it was not so convenient to tourist attractions and did not feel very safe at night.

You've been very rude in an indescribable way, you had no sense of respect, you were expecting everything for free, when it was clearly expressed that breakfast was not included, yet you yourself wanted everything free, and even used the towels as drying rack and expected to have ore towels, when you already had a complete set. You acted like it was only the two of you at the hotel, shouting from the floor at night, while other guests were already in the rooms. Really you've never been into hotels, never again you will be welcome at our structure...

The staff (particularly Carlo at front desk) went above and beyond with kindness when my travel arrangements went crazy and I arrived later than anticipated. Very welcoming! Clean, comfortable, conveniently close to Termini Station. Once you arrive you will feel safe & well taken care of. Would definitely stay again, but recommend a taxi/Uber rather than walking due to poor sidewalks & high number of homeless in area.

Wonderful service! The hotel staffs' English was surprisingly good (which was great because we didn't speak any Italian). Finding the hotel was a bit difficult at first (you have to ring a doorbell to get in) but otherwise, everything was very smooth. The room was very clean and the staff was always willing to help in providing additional bedding and supplies. I also wanted to add that the free breakfast was amazing. Overall - I would definitely recommend!

Hotel um pouco afastado das atrações
Agradeço a eficiência do hotéis.com em resolver meu problema de pagto da estadia. O hotel me cobrou uma diária que já estava paga. Entrei em contato com o hotéis.com na Itália e prontamente a situação foi resolvida e me devolvido o valor pago em duplicidade. O hotel é um pouco afastado das atrações e temos poucas opções de restaurantes e compras ali por perto. Quarto e banheiro tipo no subsolo, bem apertado e com pequenas janelas.

The room is on the sME FLOOR AS THE RECEPTION, CEILINGS 4 METERS HIGh , the room is about 50 meters high with two large windows .

Great Hotel 15 min walk away from Termini, good in case you want to stay close to the station. Room was really nice, clean and the bed was superb.

Séjour découverte de Rome
Hôtel situé près d'une station de métro et en 20 minutes à pied du Colisée. Nous avons fait le maximum à pied. Chambre très agréable et personnel très réactif et sympathique. Hôtel moderne et confortable. Chambre très agréable. Les petits déjeuner sont très bien. Je recommande cet hotel

Excelente hotel - vale muito se hospedar.
Incrivel! Normalmente sou bem tratada nos hoteis, mas nesse foi muito acima da média, as pessoas da recepcao e café da manhã são muito atenciosas e fazem de tudo para ter deixar a vontade e resolver todas as situações. Parabens pelo atendimento fantastico!

Un piacevole soggiorno
Piccolo Hotel a conduzione familiare con camere molto pulite. Arredi semplici ma nuovi. Personale cordiale sopratutto il titolare, sempre disponibile. Colazione buona. Posizione tranquilla a pochi minuti dalla fermata Manzoni delle metro A. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Un hotel encantador con unos trabajadores encantadores, todo limpísimo, un servicio excelente, un desayuno más que generoso. Hemos estado 4 noches mi pareja y yo y nos hemos sentido como en casa, ha sido un total acierto alojarnos aquí. Tiene muy cerca paradas de bus, metro y tren con lo cual moverte a cualquier parte de la ciudad es simple y rápido. Esperamos volver a Roma en el futuro y seguro que iremos a este hotel. Como reflexión, muchos hoteles deberían de aprender de ellos.

We stayed at Hotel Balilla for one night, and would warmly recommend it to others. It’s a small, intimate hotel. Very polite staff and good service. Clean room that seemed newly renovated. 15 min walk to the train station.

Tutto è cominciato con un errore di prenotazione da parte mia, ho prenotato sabato invece che domenica.vengo contattato telefonicamente a mezzanotte e quaranta, da un bifolco terribilmente adirato , che continuava a dirmi che mi aveva inviato 4 mail (senza pensare di usare il cellulare come ha fatto dopo mezzanotte).. insomma incompetenza e maleducazione. Il mio giudizio nn può che essere pessimo
