We really like this hotel. It is right in the middle of the action - walkable to the sights and best shopping. The staff is super friendly and the decor is lovely. Absolutely one of our favorite hotels we ever stayed. Incredible staff, beautifully decorated, comfortable, stylish, modern yet classic. We loved the breakfast. The rooms were very quiet. The doors were so solid and gorgeous which I think helped block out any hall noise, which there wasn’t much at all. The cleaning crew were so stealth and wonderful. I just can’t say enough positive things about this hotel from location, service and beauty.

Stunning, centrally located property with character and charm. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the amenities are lovely. The on site restaurant was excellent and the bar is like something out of a movie. Right down the street from the Spanish Steps, and centrally located for all sites. A beautifully fitted out hotel that lets itself down with poor service and just seems to have forgotten how to get the basics right. I arrived an hour before the 3pm check; the room was not ready which was fine as I was early, left my bags with the hotel and popped out for lunch returning after the check in around 3:30pm. Room still not ready and told housekeeping just checking a final few things. Didn’t get to my room until 4:15pm. Then to top it off was woken despite having the do not disturb light on at 10:15pm by housekeeping to deliver water and chocolates. After a long week of work with much travelling you just want to get into your room on time and be left to rest before travelling again the next day. This hotel failed on both counts.
